A few things that I strongly believe:
- Child care is an
excellent and important choice
of occupation.
- Early caregivers should be dedicated to promoting the growth and
development of children.
- Early child care is a profession and a business that
should be run using fair and sound business practices.
- Early caregivers should
enjoy children: playing with them; talking and listening to them; and
watching them learn, grow, and develop in positive ways.
- Children should be heard and seen.
- Care giving with
love, listening, and guidance goes a long way to producing positive outcomes
with children in our care.
- Courtesy and respect for others and their
property are traits to be taught and fostered for the benefit of our business,
our communities, and our future.
- The child care profession is one of the most rewarding
professions that can have a major impact on our current and future society.
